Dear Customer,

Due to Chinese New Year 2026, please note below import courier schedule changes and plan your shipments (from China/HK to AU) accordingly, thanks.

BWW SZX & BWW GZ office Holiday arrangements

SZX: 14th Feb. to 23rd Feb. No services.

Guangzhou: 15th Feb. to 23rd Feb. No services.

Resume to work from 24th Feb.

DHL China & Hongkong:

15th Feb. to 23rd Feb. No services.

BWW Express & BWW HK Express & BWW SEA service cutoff time:

1) Formal clarence shipment:

BWW SEA—before 12pm noon on 11th Feb.

BWW HK Express—before 12pm noon on 12th Feb.

BWW Express—before 12pm noon on 12th Feb.

If shipments arrive at our SZX warehouse after above cutoff time, will be arranged after Holiday.

2) Non-formal clearance shipment:

BWW SEA—before 4pm on 11th Feb.

BWW HK Express—before 4pm on 12th Feb.

BWW Express –before 4pm on 12th Feb.

If shipments arrive at our SZX warehouse after above cutoff time, shipments will be arranged after Holiday.

The actual flight & sea arrangement and final delivery date shall prevail.

Warming reminder:

All shipments arrive in our SZX warehouse after above cutoff time or any shipments which are delayed export due to unresolve issues. That will be

arranged after Holiday.

Due to the holiday, some flights or boats will be cancelled or delayed, and cargo transfer, customs clearance and delivery dates (ETA) will be affected to varying degrees. Please kindly understand, thank you.
